Banana Bread

Banana Bread

I just made fresh banana bread and the house smells GREAT! I just got it out of the oven and can’t wait to eat it. So simple to make and such wonderful taste.  It is so moist…I made two loaves and my 3 year old son and I ate one by ourselves.

  1. Finally a banana bread recipe that does not call for nuts. We do not like nuts in our bread! I can not wait to try this one out. Have you ever tried using frozen bananas? I keep them frozen at our house to keep them from going bad.

  2. I love making banana bread. I noticed that your ingredients list doesn’t say how much flour you need. Can you add that part? I have never used sour cream in my banana bread, and I wonder what it does to it?:-)
