Banana Bread

Banana Bread

I just made fresh banana bread and the house smells GREAT! I just got it out of the oven and can’t wait to eat it. So simple to make and such wonderful taste.  It is so moist…I made two loaves and my 3 year old son and I ate one by ourselves.

  1. I LOVE banana bread! Thanks for the tip to add sour cream. never would have thought to try that to make it more moist!

  2. We love banana bread too! I love putting in pecans!

  3. My banana bread never turns out so I always make my husband make it, lol. I don’t know why that is!

  4. Finally a banana bread recipe that does not call for nuts. We do not like nuts in our bread! I can not wait to try this one out. Have you ever tried using frozen bananas? I keep them frozen at our house to keep them from going bad.

  5. I love making banana bread. I noticed that your ingredients list doesn’t say how much flour you need. Can you add that part? I have never used sour cream in my banana bread, and I wonder what it does to it?:-)
