Corny Corn Pudding
Corny and creamy, this delicious corn pudding recipe is the perfect dish for kids.
Ingredients:
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup corn bread mix
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup sour cream (optional)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Supplies:
- Casserole dish
- Mixing bowl
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine ingredients, and mix well.
- Pour mixture into a 2 quart, square casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered, in casserole dish, for approximately 30 minutes.
- Let the pudding cool and set for 10 minutes after baking.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
