Crock Pot Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes / FREEZER FRIENDLY
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ lbs pork chops, boneless (about 4 to 6 thick sliced)
  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes, chopped into large pieces
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 packages dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup milk
Instructions
  1. Freezer instructions:
  2. Place pork chops, and potatoes in a gallon size freezer bag.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, dry Ranch dressing packets, and milk. Pour mix over pork chops and potatoes in the freezer bag.
  4. When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge for 24 HOURS! Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours OR low for 6 to 7 hours.
  5. To cook right away spray the crock pot with non stick cooking spray. Put the pork chops and potatoes in the crock pot. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, dry Ranch dressing packets, and milk. Pour mix over pork chops and potatoes.
  6. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours OR low for 6 to 7 hours.
