Crock Pot Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes / FREEZER FRIENDLY
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs pork chops, boneless (about 4 to 6 thick sliced)
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes, chopped into large pieces
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 packages dry Ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Freezer instructions:
- Place pork chops, and potatoes in a gallon size freezer bag.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, dry Ranch dressing packets, and milk. Pour mix over pork chops and potatoes in the freezer bag.
- When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge for 24 HOURS! Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours OR low for 6 to 7 hours.
- To cook right away spray the crock pot with non stick cooking spray. Put the pork chops and potatoes in the crock pot. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, dry Ranch dressing packets, and milk. Pour mix over pork chops and potatoes.
- Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours OR low for 6 to 7 hours.
