I have never made pork tacos before and I’m really interested to see what these Crock Pot Green Chile Pork Tacos taste like.
Crock Pot Green Chile Pork Tacos / FREEZER FRIENDLY
Ingredients
- 4 lbs boneless pork loin
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 10 oz can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
- 1 16 oz jar salsa verde
- 3 limes, juiced
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¾ tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Freezing instructions:
- Place Pork Loin in a gallon size freezer bag.
- Mix all other ingredients together and pour into freezer bag over the pork loin.
- Take out the night before to thaw in the fridge
- Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray.
- Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low.
- When cooked, remove pork and shred with forks or your stand mixer using a dough hook.
- Add pork back into the crock pot and stir to combine.
- Serve with tortillas and any desired toppings!
