Crock Pot Green Chile Pork Tacos / FREEZER FRIENDLY

I have never made pork tacos before and I’m really interested to see what these Crock Pot Green Chile Pork Tacos taste like.

 

Crock Pot Green Chile Pork Tacos / FREEZER FRIENDLY
 
Ingredients
  • 4 lbs boneless pork loin
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 10 oz can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 1 16 oz jar salsa verde
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ¾ tsp ground cumin
Instructions
  1. Freezing instructions:
  2. Place Pork Loin in a gallon size freezer bag.
  3. Mix all other ingredients together and pour into freezer bag over the pork loin.
  4. Take out the night before to thaw in the fridge
  5. Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low.
  7. When cooked, remove pork and shred with forks or your stand mixer using a dough hook.
  8. Add pork back into the crock pot and stir to combine.
  9. Serve with tortillas and any desired toppings!
