This Beef Tips & Gravy recipe is the first of many crock pot/ freezer recipes I’ll be posting over the next week or two.
Crockpot Beef Tips & Gravy
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs cubed beef (stew meat)
- 1 packed Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 14 oz. can beef broth or stock
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- This recipe can be made right away or you can make in advance and freeze it!
- To freeze:
- I put the beef stew meat in a gallon sized freezer bag first.
- In a bowl combine soup mix, soup and broth
- Pour mixed ingredients in the bag over the stew meat.
- Take out the night before and thaw in the fridge.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours
- Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes
- If your wanting to make it and not freeze it follow these directions
- Add beef cubes to crockpot, season with salt and pepper
- In bowl combine soup mix, soup, broth, stir to combine
- Dump mixed ingredients over beef and stir
- Cook on low 6 -8 hours
- Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes
