Crockpot Beef Tips & Gravy / FREEZER FRIENDLY

This Beef Tips & Gravy recipe is the first of many crock pot/ freezer recipes I’ll be posting over the next week or two.

Crockpot Beef Tips & Gravy
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ lbs cubed beef (stew meat)
  • 1 packed Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 14 oz. can beef broth or stock
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. This recipe can be made right away or you can make in advance and freeze it!
  2. To freeze:
  3. I put the beef stew meat in a gallon sized freezer bag first.
  4. In a bowl combine soup mix, soup and broth
  5. Pour mixed ingredients in the bag over the stew meat.
  6. Take out the night before and thaw in the fridge.
  7. Cook on low for 6-8 hours
  8. Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes
  9. If your wanting to make it and not freeze it follow these directions
  10. Add beef cubes to crockpot, season with salt and pepper
  11. In bowl combine soup mix, soup, broth, stir to combine
  12. Dump mixed ingredients over beef and stir
  13. Cook on low 6 -8 hours
  14. Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes
