I am starting to fall in love with my crockpot all over again! Last night I made a super easy and super TASTY chicken and vegetables in the crockpot! I took what chicken I had in my freezer which was leg quarters (4 of them) let them thaw out the day before. They were ready to cook yesterday morning! Next time I would probably use just chicken legs because the meat just falls off the bone and picking out all the tiny bones wasn’t fun. Put the chicken in the crockpot and spray with a little oil (I used Pam) then sprinkle with a Rosemary.
Add:
A mall bag of baby carrots
4 medium potatoes cut into 8th’s or 4th’s which ever you prefer
2 onions cut into 4th’s Put the crockpot on low and let cook for 6 to 8 hours.
SERVE!
My husband kept commenting about how great the flavor was.

This sounds delicious. I love the flavor rosemary adds to poultry. Will have to add this to my menu soon!
