Crock Pot Maple Dijon Chicken Thighs / FREEZER FRIENDLY
  • 6 to 8 chicken thighs
  • ½ Cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 onion sliced
  1. Freezing Instructions:
  2. Place chicken in a gallon sized freezer bag.
  3. Mix all other ingredients together EXCEPT for the mushrooms and onion and pour into the freezer bag over the chicken
  4. Take out of the freezer the night before and allow to thaw in the fridge
  5. Pour contents of the bag into the crock pot add the mushrooms and onion slices
  6. Cook on low for 6 hours.
