Protein Banana Bread

Protein Banana BreadJust made fresh banana bread and the house smells GREAT! I just got it out of the oven and can’t wait to eat it. So simple to make and such wonderful taste.
I just took:
5 Bananas
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons protein powder
Mash bananas and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside

Mix sugar, brown sugar, salt and baking soda with a fork. Add butter, eggs, vanilla and sour cream using a mixer on low.
Add flour and protein powder continue mixing until well blended.

Mix in bananas and cinnamon mixture. Blend for about 1 minute until well mixed.

If desired fold in raisins, chopped nuts or other desired extras using a wooden spoon.

Pour mixture into greased loaf pan filling pan half way. (will make 2 loaves)

Bake on 350 for 45 to 60 minutes depending on your oven!
