These maple dijon chicken thighs would be great served with mashed potatoes and maybe some green beans or broccoli.
Crock Pot Maple Dijon Chicken Thighs / FREEZER FRIENDLY
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 chicken thighs
- ½ Cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 onion sliced
Instructions
- Freezing Instructions:
- Place chicken in a gallon sized freezer bag.
- Mix all other ingredients together EXCEPT for the mushrooms and onion and pour into the freezer bag over the chicken
- Take out of the freezer the night before and allow to thaw in the fridge
- Pour contents of the bag into the crock pot add the mushrooms and onion slices
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
