I would put it in the bathroom and then use it during the summer to dry the towels used for outside play. My kids are ALWAYS outside during the summer and the towels get way to wet and not dry quick enough.

We have an odd set up for our bathroom where 2 rooms with separate sinks connect to where the shower is so we would put it in one of those two rooms.
