Tacos are always a big hit with my family. This will be the first time I’ve ever tried these Crock Pot Chicken Tacos and I can’t wait to see what my family thinks. 🙂
Crock Pot Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 2 cups pico de gallo or Rotel
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Freezer Instructions:
- Place chicken breast in freezer bag
- Mix taco seasoning, pico, olive oil and water.
- Pour mixture into freezer bag over the chicken
- Freeze
- Take out of freezer and let thaw in fridge over night.
- Cook in cock pot on low for 6 hours
- Shred chicken and put back in the crock pot for 30 minutes
- serve on tortillas with whatever toppings you like!
