Crock Pot Mongolian Beef / FREEZER FRIENDLY

This crock pot Mongolian beef recipe is great served with a little bit of sliced fresh green onions and some rice!


Crock Pot Mongolian Beef / FREEZER FRIENDLY
  • 1 lb stew meat
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, thickly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp fresh minced ginger
  • ½ cup hoisin sauce
  1. Freezer instructions:
  2. Put stew meat in a gallon size freezer bag.
  3. Mix all other ingredients and pour into the freezer bag with the stew meat.
  4. To cook take out of the freezer the night before and let it thaw in the fridge.
  5. The next morning pour the contents of the bag into the crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Serve with rice!
