This Crock Pot Orange Chicken is great served with rice.
Crock Pot Orange Chicken / FREEZER FRIENDLY
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
- 3 Tablespoons Olive oil
- juice of 2 oranges
- zest from 1 orange
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons sriracha
Instructions
- Freezer instructions:
- Place chicken in a gallon size freezer bag.
- Mix other ingredients together and pour in the freezer bag over the chicken.
- Thaw in the fridge over night.
- Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray
- Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours
- To cook right away:
- Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray
- Place cut chicken in crock pot
- mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken
- Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours
