Crock Pot Orange Chicken / FREEZER FRIENDLY

This Crock Pot Orange Chicken is great served with rice.

Crock Pot Orange Chicken / FREEZER FRIENDLY
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • juice of 2 oranges
  • zest from 1 orange
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons sriracha
Instructions
  1. Freezer instructions:
  2. Place chicken in a gallon size freezer bag.
  3. Mix other ingredients together and pour in the freezer bag over the chicken.
  4. Thaw in the fridge over night.
  5. Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray
  6. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours
  7. To cook right away:
  8. Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray
  9. Place cut chicken in crock pot
  10. mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken
  11. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours
